Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment method used.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
